NGS Private transfers operate as a Direct Service from the agreed pick-up location to the drop-off location.
Any additional stop(s), irrespective of pick-ups or drop-offs, must be pre-arranged and will be subject to additional charges.
- Supermarket Stopover/Charter Service Extension must be pre-arranged, and additional charges will apply as follows:
– Small Taxi: – JPY 12,000 per hour
– Alphard/Jumbo: – JPY 17,000 per hour - Waiting Time for Pick-Up: All transfers include a complimentary waiting time of up to 15 minutes from the agreed meeting time, regardless of flight arrival times or accommodation delays.
If only the flight is delayed, the waiting time may be extended up to 60 minutes. After this, the booking is cancelled, or a waiting charge is applied, subject to availability. - NGS Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be subject the following charges:
– 50% charge will be applied 3 days prior to the travel date
– 100% charge for cancellations made 1 day of the travel date or for no-shows
– All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges - Cancellation requests are processed only during the business hours, JST 9AM-5PM
